Jimmy Hoffa was an American labor union leader who served as the President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters union from 1957 until 1971. Hoffa disappeared on July 30, 1975, from the parking lot of Red Fox restaurant in Bloomfield Township, a suburb of Detroit.
