As many times as I’ve tried gluten-allergy free options, it always seems like they’ve got 3 out of the 4 characteristics right…but as taste is very important in terms of food appeal, I usually can’t get over the fact that if a gluten free doesn’t taste like the real thing, I won’t be eating it.
