Allen Dorfman was in charge of the Teamsters loans to the Las Vegas clubs. Dorfman made a loan to Tony Spilotro where he gave them $3 million dollars for a plastic pail company in New Mexico. Tony and his crew torched the place. There wasn’t a single pail there, so they just melted it down to nothing. Spilotro got the insurance back, paid their loan and made a score off the whole ordeal. It turned out to be a big profit for them.
